Violin

With a master's degree in violin performance, Katie not only performs and teaches classical music, but she has spent her career studying various forms of fiddle music. She performs and records in many different styles of music: country, traditional Americana, jazz, bluegrass, pop, rock, and more. She has performed at the Major League Baseball World Series, the American Royal World Series of BBQ, the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, and with Lindsey Stirling, 2Cellos, Evanescence, and more. As a teacher, Katie works with students of all ages on violin, fiddle, viola, guitar, mandolin, and ukulele using her eclectic performing background to inspire students no matter their musical interests.
